Returns Policy

Returns are welcome, and the buyer has 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) in their original packaging and condition. However, if the item was ordered by mistake or is simply unwanted, the return postage must be paid by the buyer. Once the item(s) are received back at Tall Trees Nursery, a refund will be issued, minus our original postage costs.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll do our best to sort things out straight away.

If a return is needed, Tall Trees will either cover the return postage or arrange a collection - whichever is easiest for you.

Refunds

Once Tall Trees receives the item(s), they will be inspected and the buyer will be notified of the final status of the return - either a full refund or the item(s) being returned to the buyer. The buyer will receive the credit within 7 working days; however, this may take less or more time depending on the card issuer’s policies.

Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail and EVRI to deliver our goods. All orders under 2kg will normally be shipped via Royal Mail.

All orders over 2kg are normally shipped via EVRi, but this may occasionally change.

All orders are delivered free within the UK.

UK shipping only at the moment - we are awaiting quotes for overseas delivery.

Dispatch Times

All orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day where possible. Otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next working day.
